Do you do deliveries? If so, what are the charges?
Yes, we do. Our charges are $30 each way: hence, both delivery and pickup would cost $60. Many clients prefer to collect and return items themselves.  For further information, please refer to our Deliveries page.

Does the rental period have to start at the beginning of the month?
No. The rental period will start on whatever day you collect an item or have it delivered to your place.

What period is covered by the rental fees?
Most of the fees indicated on the website are monthly. You can also rent an item for just 1 or 2 weeks: please contact us by email for the relevant rates.

Furniture and a few other items from the Birthday Parties section are rented for just 1 day. However, most toys and other play items rented as part of a "birthday package" may be kept for a full week at no extra charge. Please be aware, though, that the two-way delivery charge ($60) will apply for delivery and pickup of items on the party date while an additional charge of $30.00 will apply to toys that need picking up one week later. (A cheaper option, of course, is to return the extra items yourself.)

What is the situation if I want to rent a toy for, let's say, 9 days instead of 1 week or 2 weeks?
In such a case, feel free to send us an email requesting the adjusted rental fee. We do have flexible terms for items such as car seats, travel cots, monitors, baby beds etc.

What happens if an item I would like has already been rented out?
You can send us an email making a reservation for the toy/equipment when it becomes available again. In the case of very popular items, there might be a waiting list but we would keep you informed as the situation changed.

What should I do if I want to keep certain items at the end of the rental period?
We would first check whether the item had been reserved by another client. If not, we could grant you a second rental period, in which case we would kindly request you to pay the additional rental fee at the beginning of the new rental period.

Do I have to pay a deposit/advance payment when reserving toys or the club facilities?
Yes.  You need to pay a refundable deposit of $50.  In addition, you will need to full amount of the rental and delivery charges (if any) to reserve the toys.  Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for further information.

What happens if I would like to cancel a reservation?
If you cancel the reservation more than 14 days from the start of the rental period, there will be a cancellation fee of $10. If the reservation gets cancelled within 14 to 8 days from the start of the rental period, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total invoice amount applies (or $10, whichever is higher). If the reservation gets cancelled within 7 days of the start of the rental period, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total invoice amount applies.

Can I just walk in and rent toys, or must I make prior arrangements?
Please kindly contact us to make an appointment for self-collection or self-return of toys. Please email us with the following details so that we can check on your requirements and prepare the items for you if you would like to self collect:

Can I book items in advance?
Yes, certainly, but please note that advance booking happens on a first-come, first-served basis, regardless of the rental period.

What are the toy rental club's opening hours?
Our standard opening hours are: Mon-Fri: 09:30-13:00 and 14:00-16:30, and closed on weekends & Public Holidays.

How are the toys and other items cleaned?
We use hot water with antibacterial soap to wash our toys etc and then dry them. When appropriate, we use antiseptic wipes or Dettox spray. We wash our fabric toys in a washing machine.

Can I buy toys at the toy rental club?
As a rule, no. Occasionally, however, we may offer toys for sale if they become unsuitable for rental.
