Yes, we can deliver toys and other items to your home (or any other preferred location). However, there is an additional charge for this: see our rates below. The charge is the same, irrespective of the number of items rented. Please note that we do not normally do deliveries on Monday or Tuesday.
You may, of course, "self-collect" from the toy rental club premises in Pasir Panjang, allowing you to view our facilities (indoor playground, comfy lounge area etc) which are popular for birthdays.
delivery charges
For example, if you self-collect some items from our premises but later decide that you would like us to pick them up from your home, you would be charged $25 for the pickup. Meanwhile, if you asked us to deliver items to your home and also pick them up at the end of the rental period, the charge would be $50 (i.e. $25 for delivery and $25 for pickup).
Please note that the delivery charges above only apply for deliveries and pickups starting at 8:00 am and finishing at 19:00pm.
For every half hour before or after this time span, an additional
charge of $15.00 per half hour applies. For example, for a pickup at 19:15 pm, an additional charge of
$15.00 applies. For a pickup at 20:15 pm, an additional fee of $45.00
applies.
As our birthday party rates
apply for rentals from 1 to 7 days, we strongly encourage customers to
avoid deliveries and pickups before 8:00 am and after 20:00 pm.Instead,
customers
can have the items delivered the day before the party and picked up the
day after the party.
If you rent items for a birthday party, the same charges apply. Please note that although birthday clients have the option of keeping most rented items for a full week, they still have to pay $25 for pickup unless they can return the items to our premises themselves.
